Shipping policy

As all shipments are processed through USPS, all questions must be directed towards them as soon as the item is shipped. We ask that you double-check size, color, and shipping address as it is near-impossible to change these using USPS. If a product is "returned to sender" the customer is responsible for paying those costs and the costs to further ship to the correct address. Please check the USPS tracking number for shipping updates.
